What does a custom website cost?
At Infinite Impact, a custom website starts at €1,750 setup plus €59/month for care from launch, excluding 21% VAT.
The useful comparison is the cost of getting the website live and looking after it afterwards. Our packages separate those two parts, so you can see the setup price, monthly service and initial commitment before choosing a scope.
What determines the setup price?
The work is shaped by distinct page layouts, structured content such as projects or guides, form behaviour and connected tools. Page limits help bound the brief; they do not measure complexity on their own. Thirty projects using one layout can be simpler than five pages with a custom booking flow. We confirm the page inventory, layouts and content types in writing before you commit.
What is a supported connection?
A supported connection uses an existing embed or standard connector for one agreed task, such as opening a booking calendar or sending an enquiry to your CRM. Growth includes one; Scale includes up to three in total. We confirm the tool, data, direction and expected behaviour first. Custom APIs, two-way synchronisation, payments, customer portals and complex automations require a separate quote. External subscriptions are identified separately.
What does monthly service cover?
Each package pairs the build with care for the website we deliver: hosting, technical maintenance, analytics, a monthly performance report and time for small changes each month. Launch and Growth include 30 minutes, Scale 1 hour. Unused time does not carry over. Growth adds support for its content system and connection; Scale covers its agreed connections and lead routing. Before you commit, the proposal names the maintenance tasks, included editing allowance, response times and review schedule. Ongoing local SEO is available as the optional Local visibility add-on for €199 a month. Regular copywriting, new features and unlimited revisions are not included. If you need a different care scope, we quote it separately.
How are setup and monthly care paid?
Pay 30% of the setup fee to start, 40% when you approve the design and 30% at launch. After the first payment, the instalments and monthly service are collected by direct debit. Extra pages beyond your package are €250 each, paid once. Monthly service begins when the website launches, on a 12-month initial term. Paying care yearly in advance saves at least two months. A different combination gets its own quote before you commit.
What about content, languages and revisions?
The displayed packages cover one language and content supplied by you. We agree the page inventory, revision rounds and launch checks in the proposal. Copywriting, photography, content migration, additional languages and bespoke motion are separately scoped. A second language includes translated pages, navigation, metadata, forms and a full check of both journeys; we agree who supplies the translations. Repeated content entries and language versions are listed separately so page counts stay clear.
What should you prepare for a quote?
Share your current website, key services, existing content and brand assets, and what visitors should do next. Include any languages, locations and tools you need. For a redesign, we also agree which useful content, URLs and enquiry routes must carry forward. Your domain, accounts, code and data remain yours; the proposal defines editing access, documentation and handover.

A website with its own visual language.
For brands that need more than a package: distinct art direction, bespoke animation and motion, film, several languages or integrations. This website is an example of that work. We define what your brand and the technology need first, then quote the build and care for that scope.
An Amsterdam coworking space with a story worth telling. We redesigned its brand and website around the place, the people and the reasons to book a visit.
Still moving enquiries between tools by hand? We can connect your website to the systems you already use for bookings and follow-up. We agree the automation work separately.
